Met411 provides information about The Met Warner Center and ways to contact Alex about buying or selling a Met condo. The information below explains the site's contact links, optional third-party services, and privacy controls.

Contact and other destinations

Calling, texting, and WhatsApp links open your device's calling or messaging function or a separate provider. Home-value, listing-search, review-profile, social, YouTube, and HOA links lead to other services. Information you submit there is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

Optional website services

Use Privacy choices in the footer to choose optional services. The options include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Drift chat, Elfsight interactive reviews, and YouTube embedded videos. When an optional service is enabled, your browser may connect to its provider and share technical information such as your Internet Protocol address and browser details. The provider may also use cookies or similar storage.

You can keep optional services off, allow them, or choose individually. The site remembers these choices locally in this browser for up to 90 days. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics and marketing off. Turning off a service that already loaded requires a page reload; this cannot erase information or cookies controlled by another website.

The four original review-profile links can be opened without enabling the interactive review widget. External providers publish their own privacy information, including Elfsight's privacy policy.

Hosting and community information

The hosting provider may keep ordinary request, security, and error logs, which can include an Internet Protocol address, time, requested page, browser information, and referring page. Password protection on a private preview involves browser authentication.

Community documents and descriptions are provided for general informational reference and may not include later changes. Do not make a property or HOA decision based only on these archived copies. Confirm current documents, rules, fees, and disclosures with The Met HOA and the appropriate parties for your transaction.

Inquiries and business records

Information you choose to provide through an inquiry, phone call, text or WhatsApp can include your name, contact details, property information and the content of your request. We use inquiry information to respond to you and assist with the real-estate services you request. Inquiry and client records may be held in Sierra Interactive and the business's records.

Alex's business does not sell or rent client or contact information, or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing. This statement concerns business contact records; optional website services and external destinations have the separate technical-data practices described on this page.

Retention and privacy questions

The business does not currently have a fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for website inquiries in Sierra Interactive or its business records. Any applicable transaction-record retention obligations and the provider's separate records need to be considered.

Cookies, browser storage and your choices

The preference control stores your selections in this browser's local storage for up to 90 days. Local storage is different from a cookie. Enabled third-party services may use cookies and similar technologies. You can revisit Privacy choices in the footer and clear site data through your browser. Clearing local preferences does not delete provider records or messages you already sent.

The site's Global Privacy Control handling keeps Google Analytics and Meta Pixel off. It does not use the older Do Not Track setting as a separate control. External websites and embedded providers have their own practices, and Met411's controls do not control tracking on a website you visit through a link.

Site use and community information

Met411 focuses on The Met Warner Center. It is not the HOA's official website. Alex Khalilifard and Met411 are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for The Met HOA or its management. For current community questions, contact The Met HOA at 818-610-1195.

Descriptions, floor plans, maps, archived documents, review excerpts and linked listings are informational resources, not transaction-specific legal, tax, financial or HOA advice. Confirm current information with the HOA, the listing source, your transaction documents and appropriately qualified professionals before making a decision. Contacting Alex does not by itself create an agency agreement.

Listings open on a separate real-estate website. Availability, price and details are maintained there and may change. Review sources maintain their original reviews; a selection of excerpts is not a promise of future results. Zillow's team profile includes multiple agents, so selected cards must identify Alex rather than unrelated team members.
