Your property request and privacy

This notice explains the property request forms operated by Alex Khalilifard (Alex K Team). It applies to these forms, rather than every service on linked websites.
What you share
When you submit, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, unit when applicable, city, ZIP code and property type. We also record the request page, a request reference, submission time and delivery status.
How your request is used
Alex uses these details to review the property, prepare a personalized value report or discuss cash-offer options, and respond by email or phone. Reports are prepared after review; this form does not provide an instant valuation or guarantee a cash offer. Submitting does not subscribe you to automatic text messages.
Where the information goes
Submitted requests are saved in private application storage, emailed to Alex at alex@tophomesla.com using Resend, and added to Sierra Interactive, our contact management system. The hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. A returning homeowner's request may be added to an existing Sierra contact.
This application does not sell submitted information or send it to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Cookies and security records
An essential session cookie helps validate your form and prevent repeated submissions. The application keeps hashed network-address counters to limit abuse. Hosting providers may keep connection and security logs. These forms include no advertising pixels or analytics trackers, and do not send unfinished entries to Alex or Sierra.
These forms do not track your activity across unrelated websites. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change form processing; essential session and security records remain in use.
Protecting your request
Live submissions and delivery use encrypted HTTPS connections. Application request records are stored separately from the public pages. Email and contact records are accessible to the people and service providers handling your request. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Keeping and correcting information
Submitted requests remain in private storage, email and Sierra for follow-up and delivery records; this application does not automatically delete them. You can contact Alex to ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or ask to stop follow-up. Requests are reviewed across the systems holding the information, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Email alex@tophomesla.com with the subject “Property request privacy.” Include the email address used for your request and enough property details to identify it. We may need to confirm that the information belongs to you before providing or changing records. You do not need to create an account to contact us.
Other websites and children
Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy applies to our property request forms. The forms are intended for adult property owners and are not directed to children under 13.
Policy changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. If the information collected, its use or its destinations change, the policy and the notice beside the form will be updated to describe the changed workflow.
